My idea for them was to achieve a look between chirurgeon and industrial butcher, i.e., the clothes in plastic white/grey and the "tools" in (once) shiny chirurgeon steel. For contrast: blood! Lot's of blood! Long live the Lord of Ski and Sinew!
For the skin I used Gulliman Flesh Contrast paint, while the metal is done with Vallejo Metal Colour Chrome over gloss black base. The blood was applied by toothpick.
