Rumors are spreading through the hive. In the deepest dungeons of the underworld unhuman screams sound through the corridors. Street word says that a "Doctor" from the upper hive has been exiled from the high ranks and now follows a dark plan of revenge. Unfortunately, this revenge -- in form of his newly constructed horrible cyborg mutants -- will befall everyone on the Doctor's way back up, starting with the poor underhivers first of course...
